Of the 104 2k3 batch students attempting the EXAM...
only 89 Passed ! and 15 Failed ...

ENT = 11 failed !
OPHTHAL = 05 failed !
SPM = 11 failed !

ok now .... of all the 11 failed in ENT
non failed in THEORY !!!! ...
all failed in PRACTICALs !!!!!!
now you tell me who is to be blamed !!!!........ ?????
